07/24/2009 - Node Dowtime

we will be performing maintenance to our power distribution grid where we need to shift the enterprise level machines to another distribution. There will be a slight downtime on the machine for a max of 15 minutes. Some you can expect less than 5 minutes downtime while we do the switch over. This is a rare incident that we apologize for but in order to continue delivering the high level quality of service this is needed in order to avoid future disasters.

07/02/2009 - Lag Problems (checking using just-ping.com)

Dear customers,

You can visit this website www.just-ping.com to test your VPS if its lag. Just enter the Primary IP in the white box and click the button PING, you should see the result with "Okay" which means VPS has no problem else If the result is not Okay means the vps really lags.
