What we are going to do?
a. We are the one that will make the item_db2.txt for all gears that you have.
b. We will do the normal item display name/description/sprite name.
c. We will add all of your custom gears to your data folder or directly to your GRF.
d. You may also provide your own custom headgears or wings same price even if we don't provide those headgears or wings you have told us to setup for you.

We can also install your current eathena, restore databases, manage SQL users(we will provide the access in your wins vps desktop in notepad named "Access.txt") or even compile for free(only in windows) Note1: Please note that the client side / installer is NOT included in setting up your pserver RO.
Note2: If your vps/dedicated is NOT hosted to us you will need to pay for it else we can install eathena in windows for FREE If hosted to Us. Support to all new customers hosted to us are limited to 10 Job Credits.

a. We will make sure your RO server is running without any problems (new setup, as in new accounts)
b. Compiling is not a problem as long as you understand the instructions in our knowledgebase.
c. You can request to change your server rates/exp/job/drops etc...
d. Configure your ceres/flux RO panel to your webhost or provided by us(http://freesubdomain.axwebs.com)
e. Configure all MySQLs
f. You can request for the NPC if need to enable just pls take note that we will not create customize npc for your server our job is to enable the standard NPCs only (provided by eAthena and eAthena scripter)
g. Server transfer, re-setup, server revision/version upgrade will cost 11 Job Credits (1 time deduction no hidden charges)! You will need to tell us what are the modification on your server and provide those modifications to us before compiling to a newer revisions and also we will configure all the necessary configurations, restore database, correct IPs and installed mysql only but take note that we will not support you in editing the whole server this may includes some conf files, battle folder, db and npc folders. Note1: Please note that the client side / installer is NOT included for the installation of your pserver RO.

We provide support 8 hours a day every monday to friday from 8am until 5pm GMT+8 Philippines! Our work will depend on how many jobs we are working, before we can continue on the next job lists todo! If you purchase the Ragnarok paid support or monthly support you can avail a higher priority and leave the jobs to us simply by submitting a ticket to our client area! If our staffs are working on the other "Jobs todo" we will update you in ticket and your ticket will be move in the "On Hold" status. Please take note that we do this job one by one in order serve you better, first ticket "Jobs todo" first serve and if your ticket status is "In Progress" this means we are working on your issue.
What are the jobs that we can do?

Creating custom headgears is possible but we will not provide the files we have in our PREVIEW also you will need to send the complete datas for the head gear before we can create the item, we will just modify the .txt as the only necessary when editing custom items including the spr/act file you provided, then make patch file for updating your client!
